NEW MONTHLY MIX: Summer Radness

This is the perfect summer mix.  At least in my humble opinion.  I tried to put together songs that are perfect for blasting at the pool (if thats your thing) or cruising with the windows down.  Maybe throw some grub on the grill and top it off with a fat watermelon slice.  As always enjoy, and feel free to reblog/share with anyone.

NEW MONTHLY MIX: Blended - This month’s mix focuses on songs that blend/ use harmony in an effective and compelling way.  A lot of music today doesnt use the tool of harmony, frankly because a lot of artists today 1)Cant sing and 2) Want to stand out rather than blend in.  The true secret of harmony is sacrificing the self recognition for the betterment of the song.  I tried to use more contemporary examples, but there are a few classic tracks on here as well.  Hope you enjoy.  Click the image to Download, and as always feel free to share/reblog this.
